When you access our website, general information is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, operating system used, domain name of your internet service provider, and similar data. This information is not personally identifiable. It is technically necessary to correctly deliver the content of websites you request and is mandatory when using the internet. We statistically analyze anonymous information of this kind to optimize our website and the technology behind it.

SSL Encryption

To ensure the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g., SSL) via HTTPS.

If you contact us by email, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for possible follow-up questions.

We adhere to the principles of data minimization and data economy. We only store your personal data as long as necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as required by law. Once the purpose no longer applies or legal retention periods expire, the relevant data is routinely deleted or blocked in accordance with legal regulations.

Your Rights: Access, Rectification, Blocking, Deletion, and Objection

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You also have the right to rectification, blocking, or, apart from the required data storage for business processing, deletion of your personal data. Please contact us for this purpose at the email address provided below.

To ensure that a data block can be taken into account at any time, this data must be kept in a lock file for control purposes. You may also request the deletion of data unless there is a legal obligation to archive the data. In such cases, we will block the data upon request.

You can make changes or revoke consent by notifying us with effect for the future.

Integration of Third-Party Services and Content

Within our online offer, we use content or service offers from third-party providers on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e., interest in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in order to include their content and services, such as videos or fonts (hereinafter collectively referred to as "content").

This always requires that the third-party providers of this content perceive the IP address of the users, since without the IP address they could not send the content to their browser. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We strive to use only content whose respective providers use the IP address solely for the delivery of the content.

Third-party providers may also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also referred to as "web beacons") for statistical or marketing purposes. Pixel tags can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. The pseudonymous information may also be stored in cookies on the users' device and may include, among other things, technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, visit time, and other information regarding the use of our online offering, as well as may be combined with such information from other sources.

We use the shop system of the service provider Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland ("Shopify") for the purpose of hosting and displaying the online shop based on processing on our behalf. As part of the services provided by Shopify, data may also be transferred for further processing on behalf of Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada, Shopify Data Processing (USA) Inc., Shopify Payments (USA) Inc., or Shopify (USA) Inc. The adequate level of data protection for data transfers to Canada is ensured by a decision of the European Commission. We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy occasionally to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g., when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will apply to your next visit.
