About area x Marshall Street Coffee Roasters

POP was born from a favorite. After selling my own coffee bar, I started getting my flat whites and beans from Marshall Street — one of Hamburg’s best spots for specialty coffee. One day I tried their strawberry-fermented roast and instantly fell for it: bright, fruity, and full of character.

Together with Tristan and Marie, the founders of Marshall Street (a café with roots in Sydney and a focus on small farms, transparency, and fresh regional products), we decided to turn this favorite into a little collab for you: fruity, fermented, fun. A playful coffee that’s easy to brew at home — or to gift to someone you love.
